I love Food.
You should know this before we go on any further. In fact many would class it as an obsession. The subject is never far from my mind. Eating it, Making it, Reading about it. It’s one tasty morsel after the next.
So the next logical step, in my mind, is to write about it. Over the years I’ve developed a selection of recipes hand-crafted to achieve optimum flavour. I’ll share them with you and welcome any comments in return.
I’ll confess now that this is not my first blog. I had a previous one showing several posts, but did not like the layout so I am beginning again. Though I shall post a couple of the recipes from there, because waste is never good.
